iKED Systems is supported by Persatuan Pencinta Tulisan Jawi Malaysia (PENJAWIM) and are partners in researching, developing and promoting Jawi and Arabic digital technologies as well as possesses abundance of human resources that are well-versed in Jawi, Arabic and Islamic knowledge.

iKED Systems has been appointed by SIRIM Bhd as one of International Jawi Keyboard Standard committee members MLIT Standardization).

Through e-pondok project, iKED Systems has established a smart partnership among Islamic educational institutes such as Akademi Islam of Universiti Malaya, Pusat Bahasa Arab of Yayasan Islam Kelantan (YIK) and Kolej Islam Kelantan (KIAS).

iKED Systems has successfully developed Jawi & Arabic Word Processing module for Comil Zamrud (MIMOS's multimedia authoring application) as scheduled in 1999.

Application Under R&D

Jawi Pro Kalam (Jawi & Arab Word Processor) is a full scale Jawi/Arabic word processor for Windows 95/98, which need no Arabic keyboard and Window Arabic version. The software is developed using Jbuilder that help the user in many task of typing, editing and printing using the Jawi character. It also has a complete range of tools to format the Jawi/Arab & Rumi fonts such as size,font type, types of character, sequences, dwi-way typing and etc. This Word Processor is comprises with 5 jawi fonts evolved from the Unicode format.The document is saved by the jawi format.

Main features for this software are:
i) On - screen keyboard that includes all Arabic characters and 6 extended Jawi Characters.
ii) Support Diacrities for Al-Quran Resam Othamani text writing
iii) Daftar Ejaan Rumi - Jawi
iv) Internet utilities: Jawi-E-Mail
v) Save as html
